ORDERS AND SHIPPING
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are shipped every Monday.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EVERY MONDAY.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your countries customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Lashbyrainn.com the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EVERY MONDAY.
Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and around holidays.
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not constitute as damaged.
